Responsibilities
- Engage with customers proactively through outbound sales efforts, including cold calling and outreach to potential clients.
- Demonstrate motorcycles’ features and benefits confidently, tailoring presentations to meet individual customer needs.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by managing customer relationships via CRM software and follow-up communications.
- Negotiate deals effectively, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that satisfy both the customer and dealership objectives.
- Upsell accessories, financing options, and additional services to maximize sales opportunities while enhancing customer experience.
- Manage inventory control and support retail math calculations to meet or exceed sales targets consistently.
- Develop expertise in automotive financing options and pass on relevant information to clients for informed decision-making.
- Foster strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service, public speaking at events, and ongoing communication.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support inventory management, deal closing, and achieving dealership sales goals.
- Maintain professional phone etiquette and client communication standards to ensure a positive dealership reputation.
Experience
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B (business-to-business) sales, or retail automotive sales is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated success in high-end or passenger car sales environments with a focus on achieving or surpassing sales targets.
- Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities—bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus!
- Familiarity with CRM systems (such as CRM software) for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines effectively.
- Experience in automotive industry sales, including dealership experience or automotive financing options, is advantageous.
- Skilled in outbound sales techniques like cold calling and client outreach to generate new business opportunities.
- Organizational skills necessary for inventory management, retail math calculations, and maintaining accurate records of all transactions.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment while providing exceptional customer service from initial contact through deal closing.
