Gymnastics Coach

Finger Lakes Gymnastics Center is seeking energetic & responsible individuals who are passionate about teaching kids and helping them move, learn and grow into confident & strong individuals. We are looking to hire coaches for Recreational Gymnastics Classes, Competitive Gymnastics Teams and Weekend Special Events.

This is a great opportunity for patient and resilient, hardworking problem-solvers with high energy who enjoy building and maintaining personal relationships and seeing their growth. This position will involve helping kids develop work ethic, motor skills, listening skills, confidence, and body control.

Qualifications:

• Must work well with kids and enjoy helping them
• Strong class management and/or organizational skills
• Good reputation and character
• Exhibiting drive with energy and enthusiasm
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced and active environment
• Curiosity and willingness to learn from and share knowledge with coworkers in a team-oriented environment
• History of sports involvement is beneficial but not required
• Knowledge of the sport of Ninja is a plus but not necessary as we train our employees
• Personal accountability including punctuality and reliability
