Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Executive, based in Chicago, IL, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, presenting tailored financial and wellness solutions, and guiding customers through the decision-making process. The role includes developing client relationships, conducting product demonstrations, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with the team to innovate sales strategies. The ideal candidate will also participate in continuous training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and products.

Qualifications

• Strong Sales and Relationship Management skills, including consultative selling and client engagement abilities
• Proficiency in Communication and Presentation skills to effectively convey product benefits and engage prospective clients
• Organizational and Time-Management skills to prioritize tasks and achieve sales targets in a hybrid work environment
• Knowledge or experience in financial services, wellness programs, and health-related offerings
• Ability to work independently and in team settings while demonstrating an entrepreneurial mindset
• Familiarity with CRM software or sales tracking systems is a plus
• Motivated to stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and innovative sales practices
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
