Role Description
This is a 1099 hybrid role for a Financial Fitness Associate based in Chicago, IL, with the flexibility of working remotely. Responsibilities include educating clients about financial and physical wellness products, developing customized financial plans, and building strong client relationships. Additional tasks involve prospecting and acquiring new clients, participating in training sessions, and using the company’s marketing system to expand personal business operations.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of personal finance, financial planning, and wellness strategies is a plus
- Experience in sales and marketing, including outreach and client engagement
- Ability to work independently and manage flexible schedules effectively
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Motivated and entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and develop a business
- Prior experience in the financial or insurance industries is an advantage but not mandatory
