Business Analyst, Associate

Position Overview
PG&E is seeking a Business Analyst, Associate to support operational processes, records governance, case management activities, data analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role requires strong analytical abilities, technical aptitude, communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
The ideal candidate will have experience in data analysis, reporting, case management, process improvement, and stakeholder communication, with the ability to identify opportunities for operational efficiency and support business objectives through data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Support records governance and compliance requirements.
- Manage daily operational activities through timely completion of standard work and case management tasks.
- Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and process streamlining efforts.
- Review, update, and maintain knowledge articles and operational documentation.
- Support team operational needs and administrative activities.
- Extract, analyze, and present data for standard reports and business reviews.
- Track and monitor operational metrics, KPIs, and performance indicators.
- Assist in identifying trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Participate in project teams and support business process enhancements.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders and senior team members.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Human Resources, or a related field; equivalent work experience may be considered.
