We are currently seeking an experienced Counter Sales Associate to fill a full-time position.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing exceptional customer service that includes greeting customers, guiding them through the showroom, and demonstrating multiple product lines.
- Assist with inventory and stock maintenance.
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, both via telephone and in-person.
- Ensure that both homeowners and contractors obtain the correct materials.
- Work directly with both inside and outside sales teams and assist design staff.
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of products and services.
Qualifications:
- Computer skills are required.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and BisTrack is a plus.
- Ability to prioritize.
- Possess both time management and organizational skills.
- Building material sales and customer service experience.
- Desire to continually learn new products and services.
- Be a team player and effectively communicate with management and co-workers.
- Prior industry experience is a plus, but not required.
Schedule
- Monday to Friday 7 AM to 4:30 PM
- Saturday 7 AM to 12 PM
