Job Overview

We are seeking energetic and welcoming Front Desk Staff to join our dynamic hospitality team! In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience. Responsibilities

  • Greet guests with a friendly, energetic attitude and assist with check-in/check-out procedures efficiently.
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries, and direct calls with professional phone etiquette.
  • Handle guest requests promptly, providing information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services.
  • Maintain accurate records using hotel management software such as OPERA or similar systems.
  • Assist with night audit procedures to ensure financial accuracy and prepare reports for management.
  • Follow hotel emergency procedures to ensure guest safety at all times.
  • Support guest relations by resolving issues diplomatically and ensuring a memorable stay for every visitor.

Experience

  • Previous experience in hospitality management or front desk operations preferred.
  • Familiarity with hotel management software such as OPERA is highly desirable.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Experience working in resort or hotel environments, especially those requiring night audits or emergency procedures.
  • Knowledge of hospitality standards, guest services, and hotel emergency protocols to ensure safety and satisfaction.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multi-line phone systems and manage guest interactions professionally.

Pay: $22.19 - $26.72 per hour
