The Opportunity
On June 1st, the Denver Metroplex was hit by a massive, highly damaging hail storm—generating enough localized auto hail damage to fuel our pipeline for the next 1-2 years.
Finest Auto Hail Repair is Colorado’s largest privately held, locally operated, and veteran-owned auto hail repair facility. We are the only 5-star customer-rated company in Denver with hundreds of verified reviews, backed by ownership with over 20 years of PDR industry experience.
We currently run a high-performing engine of 10 outside reps and 10 inside account executives, supported by the finest estimators and techs in the business. Because of this historic storm, we are immediately expanding our field team. If you are hungry, coachable, and ready to capture a massive market surplus, the sky is the limit.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities & Tactics)
We don't micro-manage, but we do expect high activity. You will have total autonomy to run the field utilizing proven, high-impact outbound strategies:
- Door Knocking & Canvassing: Get face-to-face with vehicle owners in storm-affected neighborhoods and commercial hubs.
- Network & Leverage: Sign up friends, family, and personal connections who were affected by the June 1st storm.
- The Sticky-Note Strategy: Execute high-volume, targeted sticky-note drops on hail-damaged vehicles in parking lots and driveways to generate direct inbound callbacks.
- Referral Generation: Turn every single signed vehicle into a compounding lead source by hunting for referrals from satisfied neighbors and colleagues.
- End-to-End Ownership: Educate clients on Paintless Dent Repair (PDR), guide them through the insurance process, and manage the relationship from the first handshake to vehicle delivery.
What We’re Looking For (Qualifications)
- Proven Sales Experience Required: Background in D2D, roofing, solar, medical sales, or automotive sales is a massive plus.
- High Activity Floor: Self-motivated, hungry, and possesses a relentless work ethic.
- Consultative Approach: Ability to confidently see, assess, and educate customers on PDR hail damage.

- Logistics: Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
