Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Dental Laboratory Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in fabricating dental prosthetics and restorations, strong manual dexterity, and the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Fabricate crowns, bridges, dentures, and other dental restorations
- Perform waxing, casting, finishing, staining, and glazing procedures
- Use CAD/CAM systems (e.g., 3Shape, Exocad, milling machines)
- Create and repair fixed/removable prosthetics
- Work collaboratively with dentists and team members to meet case specifications
- Maintain equipment and ensure a clean and organized workspace
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Dental Laboratory Technician (1–3 years preferred)
- Knowledge of dental materials, anatomy, and restoration techniques
- Proficiency with hand tools and lab equipment
- Experience with digital dentistry/CAD-CAM is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Excellent communication and time-management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification as a Dental Laboratory Technician (CDT)
- Specialized skills (ceramics, implants, ortho appliances, digital design)
