What are the responsibilities and job description for the Automotive Technician/Mechanic position at Finesse Auto?
Workplace:
-5-day work week (Mon-Fri! We are closed weekends!!!)
-Paid Weekly
-Flat Rate $35 - $60/hr flagged plus performance bonus available.
-Bonus up to $10 additional pay per hour when performance goals are met.
-First month 30 Hours Guarantee while you get acclimated with our systems
-$1/hr flagged for the year Annual Bonus before the Holidays
-Service Advisors who can sell your work!
-6 Paid holidays

Finesse Auto has been in business since 2014, with a 10 Bay Service Facility
We are looking for an EXPERIENCED technician who wants to work with others that are at the same professional level as themselves and that can provide high quality repairs on vehicles. We are a team that works together to serve our customers and fix cars right the first time.
We do things a little differently at our shop and want someone who is open to learning processes that have proven to create an environment that is free from chaos and drama.
We know what it's like to feel unappreciated as a great technician. We know how it feels to not have your voice heard and to work with broken or no shop tools. We strive to always show appreciation and be the place EVERYONE wants to work at.
Tech Pay Structure: Flat Rate
Pay will vary based on ability and experience but our high level technicians usually start at $90k per year. Some are making over $140k per year.
