What You'll Do
- Train alongside experienced traders on a centralized institutional trading desk.
- Learn trade execution, market structure, and best execution practices across multiple asset classes.
- Monitor markets and react quickly to changing conditions throughout the trading day.
- Work closely with a collaborative team in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
- Utilize technology and trading platforms to support daily execution and market analysis.

- 0-3 years of experience in trading, financial markets, or a related field.
