Finer Recruiting is partnering with a rapidly growing trading technology platform that’s reshaping how institutional investors execute and access liquidity. The firm is scaling and looking to add a senior Business Development professional to drive expansion across the buy-side.
The Role
This is a senior, revenue-generating role focused on building and expanding relationships with asset managers, hedge funds, and quantitative investment firms. You’ll drive adoption of differentiated execution solutions through strategic, high-touch client engagement.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Originate and close new business across asset managers, hedge funds, and quant firms
- Build relationships with traders, execution teams, and quant researchers
- Partner with sell-side firms to drive adoption and market visibility
- Deliver consultative, data-driven pitches to institutional clients
- Work closely with product and tech teams to align solutions with client needs
- Maintain a strong presence through meetings, events, and consistent outreach
What They’re Looking For
- 10 years in institutional equity sales or business development
- Strong network across buy-side firms (mutual funds, hedge funds, quant managers)
- Deep understanding of market structure, trading workflows, and execution
- Proven ability to generate revenue and close complex deals
- Strong communicator with a consultative sales approach
- High ownership mentality and ability to navigate long sales cycles
