As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an ambitious and motivated Campaign Development Associate to help expand our customer base and support long-term client success. What You’ll Do
- Learn the ins and outs of our client services, products, and customer engagement strategies
- Engage directly with customers to promote products and services while consistently meeting daily and weekly goals
- Capture and manage customer information to build trust and lasting relationships
- Identify new business opportunities through outreach, events, and community engagement
- Maintain strong communication with current customers to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Provide field feedback and insights to leadership to improve overall performance and customer experience
- Participate in team meetings, workshops, and ongoing professional training sessions
What We’re Looking For
- 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or business development preferred (not required)

Position Requirements
- Must be comfortable standing for extended periods
