Customer Engagement & Brand Specialist

What You'll Do
- Learn the ins and outs of each client campaign across wireless, home services, and renewable energy.
- Engage directly with customers in face-to-face settings, promoting products and services while driving strong engagement and brand loyalty.
- Consistently meet and exceed daily and weekly performance goals tied to customer conversions and engagement quality.
- Capture and manage customer information accurately to build trust and long-term relationships.
- Identify new business opportunities through community outreach, events, and in-person interactions.
- Maintain ongoing communication with existing customers to support satisfaction and retention.
- Share field insights, customer feedback, and emerging trends with the leadership team to improve campaign performance.
- Participate in team meetings, workshops, and ongoing professional development sessions.

- 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or customer-facing engagement (preferred but not required).

Position Requirements
