As a Brand Experience Representative, you’ll be responsible for building customer relationships, promoting products and services, and supporting retail marketing campaigns through face-to-face interactions in retail and event-based settings.
What You’ll Do:
- Engage directly with customers to create a welcoming and positive experience
- Represent a leading telecommunications brand at retail locations, pop-up events, and promotional campaigns
- Educate customers on available products, services, promotions, and wireless solutions
- Support retail sales efforts by understanding customer needs and recommending solutions
- Assist with in-store marketing initiatives, branding displays, and event setup
- Work closely with team members and leadership to stay informed on campaign updates and goals
- Track customer interactions, sales performance, and campaign metrics
- Participate in ongoing training focused on sales, leadership, and customer engagement
- Help maintain a high-energy, professional environment during all events and activations
