We are a family-owned, fine dining restaurant looking for an experienced bartender to join our team. We are seeking someone who is professional, personable, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining excellent attention to detail and guest service.
Responsibilities include:
- Preparing cocktails accurately and efficiently
- Providing attentive, professional bar service
- Maintaining knowledge of wines, spirits, beers, and menu offerings
- Handling multiple guests and service tickets during busy shifts
- Keeping the bar stocked, clean, and organized
- Following all alcohol service and sanitation guidelines
- Working as part of a team in a family-owned environment
Requirements:
- Previous bartending experience required 3 years
- Fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience strongly
- Strong cocktail and beverage knowledge
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Must be available for nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
Pay: $250.00 - $600.00 per day
