Role Description The Administrative Assistant role is a full-time, on-site position based in London, OH. This role supports daily office operations, including answering and directing phone calls, greeting visitors, managing calendars, and scheduling appointments. The Administrative Assistant will handle clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, preparing documents, and maintaining organized records for client projects and vendor orders. Responsibilities also include coordinating communications between clients, designers, and suppliers, assisting with billing or invoicing support, and helping prepare presentations or project materials. The role requires consistent, professional presence in the studio and a focus on accurate, timely support for the design team.
Qualifications
- Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to manage office tasks, documentation, and organizational needs.
- Professional Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to interact effectively with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Experience with Executive Administrative Assistance or similar responsibilities, including calendar management and coordination.
- Proficiency with common office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, word processing) and ability to learn industry-specific tools.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a small business environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework or experience in office administration or business is beneficial.
