***MUST have weekend (Saturday-Sunday), holiday, & evening availability as hours fluctuate. Working hours can range from morning to evening, Wednesday through Sunday. The schedule is done a month at a time so you can focus on your work/life balance!
Job Summary
We are a small, family-owned brewery and bar-service restaurant that is adjacent to a wedding venue, coffee cafe/bakery, and overnight cottages.
We are looking for part time help in the kitchen to fill around 20 hours a week, with a couple weekday shifts and one weekend shift, sometimes two depending on staffing needs. Kitchen prep experience is preferred, and we are always willing and able to train on the job. So long as you have the willingness to learn and grow, this will be a great place for you, with possible further opportunities down the road.
We are extremely proud of our small family here, and what we are able to do together, so someone with good social skills and an excitement for food and beer is a huge plus!
- Previous experience in food service or culinary roles is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with meal preparation techniques and dietary department standards is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- A passion for cooking and an eagerness to learn new skills within the food industry.
