Job Overview
We are looking for a reliable, energetic, and customer-focused café server/barista to join our team. In this fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for preparing high quality beverages and food items while creating welcoming and memorable experiences for every customer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso beverages, teas, smoothies, and other café drinks according to company standards.
- Prepare and serve food items while maintaining quality and presentation.
- Deliver friendly, efficient, and personalized customer service.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workspace.
- Accurately process customer orders and payments.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines.
- Assist with opening, closing, stocking, and general café upkeep duties.
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Previous café, restaurant, or barista experience is preferred but not required.
What We’re Looking For:
Someone who genuinely enjoys serving others, can stay calm under pressure, and helps create an inviting atmosphere where customers feel valued and excited to return. *Note that base pay rate starts at $9.50/hr tips with raise opportunities after 90 day evaluation.
Pay: $21.97 - $26.45 per hour
