What You’ll Do
- Create, update, and maintain engineering and operating documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, drawings, and specifications
- Assist with small, well‑defined projects from scoping through execution, including scheduling, tracking, and reporting
- Identify process improvement opportunities by collecting data, analyzing root causes, and proposing practical, actionable solutions
- Support standardization and digitization efforts such as forms, checklists, and electronic records
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Operations, Maintenance, Quality, and HSE to ensure alignment and compliance
- Assist with project documentation, risk assessments, and change control records
- Participate in plant improvement initiatives, including small experiments, trials, or pilot implementations
- Present findings and recommendations to supervisors or project teams as needed
- Follow all site safety procedures and contribute to a safe, environmentally responsible work environment
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Chemical, or a related field)
- Basic understanding of engineering principles and manufacturing processes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with CAD software, EHS systems, or document management tools is a plus
- Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and time‑management skills
- Curious, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced plant environment
- Hands‑on exposure to plant operations and real‑world engineering workflows
- Mentorship in project management, documentation standards, and problem‑solving methods
