Job Summary
Findlay Vinyl is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Inspection & Packaging Associate to join our production team on first shift. This position supports both our Covers and Liners departments through product inspection, packaging, material handling, and quality control activities.
This role is a great fit for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, take pride in producing quality products, and work well in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.
Schedule
- Monday - Thursday: 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Friday: 7:00 AM - 11:00 AM
- First Shift
Responsibilities
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Package finished products for shipment.
- Label boxes and prepare completed orders.
- Use tape measures and other basic measuring tools.
- Identify product defects and communicate quality concerns.
- Move materials throughout the production process.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.
- Work with team members to meet production goals and customer expectations.
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good attendance and reliability.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

- Manufacturing experience.
