Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- One year call center customer service experience preferred
- Be coachable, able to work well with others in a team environment
- High flying, positive attitude
- Able to apply use of phone scripts, eMail and text message templates
- Strong computer data entry ability
- Must have a valid driver’s license

- Stay up-to-date with customer follow-up tasks
- Answer inbound calls, cheerfully, and professionally
- Assist customers in their research & steer them toward Subaru of Las Vegas
- Coordinate customer visits by appointment
