You will manage front desk duties, handle inquiries, and support daily office operations to help our dealership run smoothly.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers and visitors in a warm and professional manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Manage scheduling and appointment bookings
- Maintain the reception area’s cleanliness and organization
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure excellent customer service
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and other office equipment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
