We are seeking a results driven Business Development Agent. This position will execute on our digital lead generation system. Experience working in retail automotive is not necessary. Candidates with experience working as a Sales Consultant, BDC Rep are encouraged to apply. We will offer excellent ground floor training & show you the ropes of retail automotive.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with internet business development lead management
- Expect to utilize CRM daily and log incoming traffic
- Generate appointments and quotes by means of proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management
- Assist customers in appropriate vehicle selection – be the product expert & sounding board
- Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet
Qualifications:
- Comfortable texting and emailing with customers daily
- Entering leads into our CRM daily
- Answering customer calls daily
- Superior communication skills, both oral and written
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Ability to stay strong and calm in a stressful environment; must thrive under pressure
