Essential Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and Club standards Provide attentive, professional service to members and guests.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area.
- Verify guest age requirements in accordance with state liquor laws.
- Process orders accurately and handle member charges or payments properly.
- Engage with members in a courteous and personable way, fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
- Monitor guest alcohol consumption and promote responsible service.
- Assist with bar setup and breakdown for events, banquets, and special functions.
- Restock liquor, wine, beer, mixers, and supplies as needed. Follow all sanitation, safety, and health regulations.
- Previous bartending experience preferred (country club, restaurant, or hospitality environment a plus).
- Knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
- TIPS or alcohol service certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
- Part-time and/or Full-time opportunities available.
