Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Provide professional, attentive service to members and guests.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar.
- Verify age requirements and comply with all state liquor laws.
- Process member charges and payments accurately.
- Monitor alcohol consumption and promote responsible service.
- Assist with setup and breakdown for events and private functions.
- Restock supplies and maintain sanitation and safety standards.
Qualifications:
- Previous bartending experience required; country club or hospitality experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- Professional appearance and positive demeanor.
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
- TIPS certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
Schedule:
- Full-time and part-time opportunities available.
