Deliver engaging, high-quality vehicle demonstrations and personalized test drives.
Engage with customers through showroom visits, phone calls, text messages, emails, and online inquiries.
Proactively manage leads, follow up with prospective buyers, and identify new sales opportunities.
Utilize our customer relationship management (CRM) system to maintain relationships and deliver consistent follow-up.
Create an exceptional ownership experience that encourages repeat business, referrals, and long-term customer loyalty.
Collaborate with sales management and other dealership departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Meet and exceed individual and team sales performance goals.
