We offer both B2B and DTC customer acquisition for some of the largest companies in the United States. We are not an advertising agency, but a full-service customer acquisition channel, leveraging email marketing at scale to acquire new customers for our clients.
For Direct-to-Consumer customer acquisition, on our site FindKeep.Love, we work with major consumer brands helping them to grow their opt-in email and SMS lists through sweepstakes and giveaways. By growing their email lists, we help these brands identify new customer prospects at scale to inform their multi-channel targeting at scale.
For B2B customer acquisition, via our division ScaleItForMe, we help companies target both direct B2B buyers and long tail ambassadors, affiliates, and other small businesses as trusted sources of new customer referral. Our B2B customer acquisition campaigns are often the lowest cost/ highest ROI channel for our B2B clients. As an example, we help many home furnishing companies acquire interior designers to their trade programs, who then recommend their furnishing products to their clients.
We are seeking a driven and experienced Senior Manager of Business Development to join our sales team. This is a crucial role focused on closing new business and driving revenue.
You will not be cold-calling. You will be handling a steady stream of pre-booked calls with interested B2B brands. Your job is to be the expert in the room: to understand their acquisition needs, masterfully demonstrate the value of our unique ad services, and guide them from initial demo to a signed contract. If you are a consultative closer who thrives on building relationships and showcasing tangible value, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct Sales Demos: Take pre-booked discovery calls and product demonstrations with qualified B2B marketing leaders.
- Pipeline Management: Manage a full sales cycle, from demo to close, maintaining meticulous records and follow-ups in our CRM.
- Lead Nurturing: Proactively engage with interested brands, building trust and providing value to nurture leads that are not yet sales-ready.
- Consultative Pitching: Clearly articulate the unique advantages of our email acquisition channel over traditional advertising, tailoring your pitch to each brand's specific goals.
- Industry Networking: Represent FindKeepLove at key B2B and marketing conferences, pre-booking and conducting in-person meetings to pitch our services.
- Achieve Targets: Consistently meet and exceed your quarterly sales quotas.
- Required: 3-5 years of direct sales experience in advertising, digital media, or MarTech.
- Proven Closer: You have a documented track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Exceptional Communicator: You are a clear, confident, and compelling presenter, capable of simplifying complex ideas and building instant rapport.
- Organized & Proactive: You are a master of pipeline management and diligent follow-up. You don't let opportunities slip through the cracks.
- A "Challenger" Mindset: You aren't afraid to ask tough questions and consultatively guide a prospect to the best solution, even if it challenges their assumptions.
- Travel Ready: You have the willingness and ability to travel 2-3 times per month for industry conferences and key client meetings.
