Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) / Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)/Licensed Social Worker (LSW)
Find Your Voice Counseling & Consultation PLLC is committed to providing affirming, culturally responsive care to individuals, couples, and families. We are seeking a compassionate and motivated LCPC, LSW, LPC to join our growing team.
Position Overview
The clinician will provide high-quality outpatient psychotherapy services to a diverse client population. This role is ideal for a therapist who values collaboration, autonomy, and working within a supportive practice environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy
- Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Participate in supervision, consultation, and team meetings as required
- Uphold ethical, legal, and professional standards of practice
- Communicate collaboratively with the practice owner and administrative team
Qualifications
- Active Illinois LCPC, LPC, LSW, LCSW license (required)
- Experience providing psychotherapy to adults, couples, and/or families
- Strong clinical judgment and professional boundaries
- Commitment to culturally responsive and trauma-informed care
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-based practice
- Evening or weekend availability preferred but not required
Preferred (Not Required)
- Experience working with BIPOC clients and communities
- Training in couples or family therapy
- Interest in group therapy or specialty offerings
