Overview
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Specialist to support regulatory compliance, customer service, and account operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, investigation work, and working in a fast-paced financial services environment.
This is a Direct Hire position in Greenville, SC. The ideal candidate will be bright, detail-oriented and enjoy detailed documentation work.
Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve credit reporting disputes and account issues
- Process bankruptcy filings, insurance claims, and debt management proposals
- Research and resolve NSF transactions, chargebacks, and digital transaction concerns
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and mail
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
- Partner with internal teams to resolve customer and account-related issues
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Customer service, banking, finance, or compliance experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Compensation & Benefits
- $42,000 - $52,000 annual salary
