We are seeking a professional Branch Manager to join a growing team in Chesapeake, VA. This is a full time, onsite, Permanent/Direct Hire opportunity for a financial services company! The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a financial services setting and strong interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Handles the development and growth of the branch, ensuring objectives and goals are met
- Leads a team and coordinates daily activities
- Oversees and maintains the budget
- Manages the loan process
- Handles hiring, firing and disciplinary actions
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma of GED required
- 2 years of experience in a financial services setting
- Previous management experience
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Clean background, credit and drug screen
