Duties
- Conduct inventory management and control to ensure equipment availability and proper maintenance records
- Assist customers with selecting appropriate rental items based on their needs, demonstrating strong product knowledge
- Maintain organized records of rentals, returns, and maintenance schedules for all equipment
- Coordinate with the maintenance team for equipment repairs and upkeep to ensure safety and quality standards are met
- Support marketing efforts by assisting in promotional activities and customer outreach initiatives
- Engage in public speaking opportunities to educate customers about product features or safety procedures when needed
- Inspect, maintains, and repairs a variety of rental equipment, ensuring it is clean, safe and operational for customers.
Skills
- Maintenance knowledge related to equipment upkeep and safety standards is advantageous
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- MUST be able to lift 75 lbs. repeatedly and assist customers with loading & unloading equipment
HOURS : Monday - Friday 7-4 No Weekends
Required to have proper tools
CDL A or B License (not required- but huge benefit)
Pay is based on qualifications
