We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Installer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately installing a variety of fixtures, glass components, cabinetry, and structural elements across multiple construction and remodeling sites. Your expertise will ensure that projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Duties
- Install glass panels, windows, doors, and related fixtures with precision and care, ensuring proper fit and finish
- Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and fabrication techniques to assemble and secure structural components
- Perform heavy lifting tasks safely to move materials such as cabinetry, metal studs, or large fixtures
- Hang doors, trim carpentry elements, and install hardware including locks and fixtures according to schematics and blueprints
- Read and interpret construction schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to guide installation processes
- Conduct metal stud framing, drywall installation, caulking, and sealing to prepare surfaces for final finishes
- Install cabinetry, fixtures, electrical components, and other remodeling elements with attention to detail
- Utilize mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting installation issues or adjusting components during setup
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and building codes while maintaining a clean work environment
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and team members to coordinate installation schedules and project timelines
Requirements
- Proven experience in glass installation, door hanging, carpentry or remodeling projects on construction sites (photos of previously installed shower doors)

- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and mechanical systems
- Skilled in the use of hand tools such as saws, drills, hammers; power tools including grinders and screw guns; welding equipment preferred
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while adhering to safety protocols
- Experience with fabrication techniques for custom installations or modifications
- Familiarity with electrical systems or electrical experience is a plus but not mandatory
- Knowledge of metal stud framing and drywall installation techniques
- Hands-on experience with fixture installation—cabinetry, hardware, locks—and trim carpentry skills
- Mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting issues during installation processes
- Excellent problem-solving skills combined with a proactive attitude toward safety and quality assurance
