Location: Finback Brewing
We’re looking for a Taproom Manager who lives and breathes craft beer, someone who loves hosting, connecting with people, and creating memorable experiences one pint at a time.
This isn’t a clipboard job. It’s a hands-on, high-energy position for someone who thrives in the middle of the action, greeting guests, leading the team, and keeping the good vibes flowing.
What We’re Looking For:
• A people-first leader who’s passionate about hospitality and community.
• At least 2 years of management experience in a bar, brewery, or restaurant.
• Deep craft beer knowledge and an infectious personality that draws people in.
• Someone who can inspire a team, solve problems on the fly, and make both staff and guests feel at home.
