The Role
We are seeking a Senior Software Architect to define, guide, and evolve the software foundation across our product portfolio.
This Onsite role combines technical leadership with hands-on architectural ownership.
You will work closely with senior executives and cross-functional engineering teams to align long-term product goals with disciplined technical execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain the overall software architecture, ensuring consistency, scalability, and long-term maintainability.
- Lead design reviews, technical documentation, and internal standards for software quality and integration.
- Mentor engineers, promote best practices, and build technical depth across the organization.
- Partner with leadership on execution strategy, risk assessment, and resource planning.
- Maintain high standards of confidentiality while collaborating across multiple disciplines.
Qualifications
- 10 years of professional experience in software or systems engineering, including leadership or architecture roles.
- Proven record of building and scaling software systems that interact with complex hardware or distributed infrastructure.
- Strong judgment, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience guiding small, high-performing engineering teams through growth phases.
- Ability to operate with limited external visibility and high internal accountability.
