We are seeking an Azure DevOps Technician with a strong foundation in Azure and a keen interest in DevOps practices. This role emphasizes identity and access management (IAM) using Microsoft Entra ID and Azure AD B2C, while offering a structured growth path into advanced areas such as API governance, containerized deployments, and AI orchestration. Core (Non-Negotiable):

• Configure and manage Microsoft Entra ID and Azure AD B2C for secure identity and access management.
• Implement RBAC, service principals, and managed identities for backend services.
• Support OAuth2/OpenID Connect flows for secure API access.
• Assist in CI/CD pipeline setup and maintenance using Azure DevOps.
• Manage secrets securely using Azure Key Vault.

Growth Areas (Trainable):

• Learn and apply API governance and policy configuration.
• Gain hands-on experience with containerized microservice deployments.
• Explore agentic frameworks and AI orchestration for conversational commerce and automation.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with architects and developers to optimize deployment strategies.
• Support integration with third-party B2B systems.
• Participate in monitoring and observability setup using Azure Monitor and Log Analytics.

Required Skills & Experience

• Azure Fundamentals certification (AZ-900) or equivalent knowledge.
• 1–3 years of experience in IT or cloud environments.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Azure AD B2C, and RBAC.
• Familiarity with OAuth2/OpenID Connect concepts and secure API access.
• Basic scripting skills (PowerShell, CLI).

Preferred (Trainable) Skills

• Exposure to CI/CD concepts and containerization.
• Interest in learning API governance and AI orchestration.
• Working toward Azure Administrator (AZ-104) or Security Engineer (AZ-500) certifications.

Compensation

• Salary Range: $85,000 – $110,000/year (based on experience and IAM proficiency). stock option plan
