About FinancialCop

FinancialCop is a values-driven financial planning firm founded and operated by current and retired law enforcement officers. We serve first responders nationwide with a commitment to fiduciary-only advice, full transparency, and a wellness-based approach to financial planning.

We’re not your typical financial firm. We don’t sell products, push quotas, or operate under dual standards. We’re independent, fiduciary-only, and proud to be the largest financial wellness training group for first responders.

Our culture is collaborative, mission-focused, and flexible. We believe in getting the job done while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Our team regularly participates in nonprofit galas, local conferences, and community events that support the first responder community.

About the Role

We’re looking for a self-sufficient, proactive Client Relations Specialist to join our team. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who’s not new to the industry, can hit the ground running, and thrives in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

You’ll work closely with our advisors and leadership team to ensure smooth client onboarding, office operations, and event coordination.

  • Manage client onboarding and administrative workflows
  • Prepare, organize, coordinate, and maintain client paperwork

  • Assist with scheduling financial wellness classes for agencies
  • Support occasional travel and logistics for conferences and nonprofit galas
  • Contribute to process improvements and team efficiency
  • Represent FinancialCop’s values and professionalism in all client interactions

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in financial services or a related field (not entry-level)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Problem-solver with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
  • Ability to pass a stringent background and social media check
  • Alignment with our mission to serve first responders with integrity

Why Join Us?

  • Be part of a purpose-driven team making a real impact
  • Enjoy flexible hours and a supportive work culture
  • Access full benefits and generous time-off policies
  • Participate in meaningful events and community outreach
  • Grow with a firm that values innovation, transparency, and service
