About the Role
We’re looking for a self-sufficient, proactive Client Relations Specialist to join our team. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who’s not new to the industry, can hit the ground running, and thrives in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
You’ll work closely with our advisors and leadership team to ensure smooth client onboarding, office operations, and event coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client onboarding and administrative workflows
- Prepare, organize, coordinate, and maintain client paperwork
- Provide front office coverage and greet clients (in-person and virtually)
- Coordinate calendars, meetings, and internal communications
- Maintain CRM and client records with accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist with scheduling financial wellness classes for agencies
- Support occasional travel and logistics for conferences and nonprofit galas
- Contribute to process improvements and team efficiency
- Represent FinancialCop’s values and professionalism in all client interactions
