Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Sales Representative based in New London County, CT, with an option for partial remote work. The Sales Representative will focus on identifying and engaging prospective clients, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and meeting sales targets. Responsibilities include conducting client consultations, presenting tailored financial solutions, and maintaining detailed records of sales activities. The role also involves collaborating with team members to achieve business development objectives and continuously improving product knowledge.


Qualifications

  • Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
  • Sales, client outreach, and negotiation experience
  • Organizational, time management, and critical thinking abilities
  • Knowledge of financial products, services, and strategies
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Positive attitude, self-motivation, and ability to work in a hybrid environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
  • Prior experience in the financial or insurance industry is beneficial
