Executive Assistant:
Financial Services Firm is seeking an Executive Assistant to support a Senior Executive! We are looking for an individual with finance experience that is a creative problem solver who can think outside of the box.
Executive Assistant Job Responsibilities:
- Heavy calendar management
- Handle logistics for all meetings and events
- Extensive domestic and international travel arrangements
- Edit and create documents and presentations
- Prepare PowerPoint and Excel documents for Board meetings
- Special projects as required
Executive Assistant Job Requirements :
- Must have minimum of 5 years administrative experience, financial services experience a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, business communication and time management skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong project management skills.
- Bachelors Degree required
