Position Overview
The Client Service Specialist plays a vital role in supporting our Financial Advisors and serving as a primary point of contact for our new and existing clients. You will lead new client onboarding, manage account administration, and ensure every interaction reflects our high standard of service.

Key Responsibilities
New Client Onboarding
- Guide new clients through a smooth, welcoming onboarding process
- Coordinate asset transfers and ensure proper documentation
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as a point of contact for routine client inquiries
- Provide high-touch, white-glove service to new and existing clients
- Build trusted relationships through proactive communication
Account Administration & Compliance
- Prepare and process new account paperwork accurately and efficiently
- Process account maintenance requests and updates
- Maintain accurate client records and CRM documentation
- Ensure all paperwork meets firm and regulatory compliance standards
Advisor Support
- Provide administrative and operational support to Financial Advisors
Qualifications
Required:
- 5 years of administrative support experience
- A genuinely positive, professional, client-first attitude
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong client service orientation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Preferred:
- 2 years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or financial planning
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree
Compensation & Benefits
