Estate Planning Attorney
A top law firm in the state of Illinois is seeking an experienced Trust and Estate Planning Attorney to join its growing team. The ideal candidate will report directly to the Partners and bring expertise in estate planning, probate, and trust administration, with a strong commitment to client service.
This is a full-time, in-office position with flexibility for HYBRID.
Qualifications & Experience:
- J.D. degree from an accredited law school.
- A minimum of 2–3 years of experience in estate planning and probate law.
- Working knowledge of: Title insurance, Wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft comprehensive estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
- Advise clients on retirement plans, charitable giving, insurance options, and other estate planning strategies.
- Represent clients in complex legal matters related to estate planning and probate.
- Maintain well-organized and up-to-date client files.
- Delegate tasks effectively to paralegals and legal staff, ensuring the timely and professional completion of assignments.
