WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT FOREMANFinancial & Realty Services, LLC, (“FRS”) is recruiting for a Warehouse Assistant Foreman to service our federal government client in the Baltimore/Gwynn Park MD area. The Warehouse Foreman will conduct overall management coordination and be the central point of contact for overall performance of work under the contract, ensuring the successful and timely performance of all contract tasks. The Assistant Foreman will be expected to periodically visit all locations covered by the contract and respond to all requests from the CO or COR within one business day of receipt. Oversight of warehouse responsibilities include:Process requests for distribution utilizing Radio Frequency Barcode scanners to enter or extract the information from the computerized Warehouse Management System (WMS). Distribution includes equipment, office supplies, forms and publications. Stack, store, and move equipment supplies and materials in accordance with OSHA guidelines.Perform various preventive maintenance operations to assure that Material Handling Equipment (MHE) is in proper operating order.Use handcarts, dollies, and other manual equipment to move stock.Check the condition of shipping containers prior to loading and ensure shipments are loaded into proper conveyances.Observe all safety precautions to include preparation safety checks, speed, traffic operation, and fire safety rules in accordance with OSHA. Report all accidents to the COR immediately.Provide COR a brief written status report highlighting progress on the first of each month.Perform all receiving functions at the Supply, NCC, Wabash and Security West warehouses.Qualifications include: Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a warehouse with a Warehouse Management System and inbound/outbound transportation.Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in material processing, physical distribution and materials documentation.Minimum of three (3) years’ experience with producing successful results with a diverse and large work staff in a fast paced work environment.All required experience must have been earned during the past eight (8) calendar years.Ability to pass a background investigation.Benefits include:Competitive salaryMedical/Dental/Vision/Life/Disability coverage401(k)Paid holidays, sick and annual leave
