Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding member service by greeting members warmly, answering inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
- Process a wide range of banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, cash handling, debits & credits, and check cashing with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Manage member relationships by understanding their financial needs and offering appropriate products or services to enhance their banking experience.
- Detect and prevent fraud by monitoring account activity for suspicious behavior and adhering to security protocols.
- Support sales initiatives through cross offering relevant financial products such as savings accounts, credit cards, or loans to meet individual member needs.
- Utilize financial software and perform basic math calculations accurately using 10 key typing skills for efficient transaction processing.
- Maintain compliance with banking regulations and internal policies related to cash management and transaction security.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in financial sales, member relationship management, or retail banking environments.
- Strong knowledge of banking operations including cash handling.
- Excellent member service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in diverse situations.
- Familiarity with financial software systems and proficiency in basic math skills essential for accurate transaction processing.
- Ability to perform 10 key typing quickly and accurately to handle high-volume transaction tasks efficiently.
- Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities for cross offering while maintaining integrity and compliance standards.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
