The anticipated salary range for this position is $85,000 to $90,000 annually, dependent on your systems administration and networking experience.

What You’ll Do
- IAM & Cloud Systems: Act as the primary administrator for our Identity and Access Management (IAM) architecture via JumpCloud, as well as our core Google Workspace environment. You will manage SSO/SAML integrations, automated user provisioning, and drive our Zero Trust/SASE deployments to ensure endpoints and data are locked down.
- Network Operations: Own the physical and logical network. You will manage, configure, and troubleshoot our networking hardware (Ubiquiti), including firewalls, VLANs, and VPNs.
- Endpoint Management & Automation: Use MDM solutions and scripting (PowerShell) to automate software deployments, patch management, and system configurations across our fleet.
- M&A Integrations: Assess the legacy IT environments of newly acquired wealth management firms, design the migration plan, and execute the cutover to bring them seamlessly and securely into our ecosystem.

Requirements
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a Systems Administrator, Network Administrator, or similar infrastructure role.
- Strong understanding of routing, switching, VLANs, and firewall rules. Experience with Ubiquiti/UniFi gear is highly preferred.
- Proven experience managing IAM/cloud-based directories (JumpCloud, Entra ID/Azure AD, or Okta) and enterprise productivity suites (Google Workspace administration is highly preferred).
- Understand the fundamentals of securing an environment (MFA enforcement, least-privilege access, device compliance).
- Comfortable working in a server closet, running cables, and troubleshooting physical hardware when necessary.
Salary : $85,000 - $90,000
