The Care Planning Internal Sales Consultant plays a vital role in expanding awareness and adoption of FIG’s Care Planning Solutions. This position focuses on identifying new Care Planning opportunities with existing FIG financial professionals, helping them integrate Care Planning strategies and products into their business. Unlike traditional recruiting roles, this is a relationship-driven outreach position centered on collaboration within FIG’s advisor network—driving engagement, education, and growth in the Care Planning space. Success in this role is defined by sales growth measured by care planning paid business per private client hub.

week.
Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday | 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner weekly with each Private Client Group (SVP) to identify newly onboarded FIG
- Coordinate introductions and schedule meetings between advisors and the Care
- Educate financial professionals on FIG’s Care Planning offerings, tools, and strategies.
- Review existing annuity and life business to identify cases that could benefit from Care
- Proactively review life insurance declines to present alternative options for clients
- Track outreach activities, meetings, and opportunities in the CRM to ensure consistent
- Collaborate closely with the Care Planning and private client hubs to execute outreach
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven success in sales, outreach, or relationship management roles.
- Understanding of financial products; familiarity with long-term care or hybrid
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High motivation, organization, and accountability to daily and weekly activity goals.
- Team-oriented mindset and willingness to collaborate across departments.
- Passion for connecting people, identifying opportunities, and helping advisors grow
