Role Description
This is a on-site role based in Toledo, OH, for a Registered Sales Assistant. The role involves supporting financial advisors with sales operations, assisting in client communications, and providing top-notch customer service. Daily responsibilities include scheduling client meetings, preparing sales materials, maintaining updated client records, responding to client inquiries, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and processes.

Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and proven ability to deliver outstanding Customer Service
- Effective Communication abilities, both written and verbal
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technology
- Experience with LPL Systems, Wealthbox, Holistiplan, and Emoney is preferred.
- Excellent Organization Skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Detail-oriented with an emphasis on accuracy and efficiency in completing tasks
- Familiarity with financial products, services, terminology
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Series 6 and/or 7 securities licenses preferred, or willingness to obtain within a specified time
