Role DescriptionFinancial Consulting Services, Inc. is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Green Bay, WI. This is a full-time, on-site position that plays a critical role in supporting daily office operations and ensuring a positive experience for clients and team members.
The Administrative Assistant will manage incoming phone calls, coordinate schedules and calendars, organize meetings, and handle routine correspondence. Additional responsibilities include preparing and maintaining documents, updating records and filing systems, processing data entry, and assisting with reports and other administrative projects.
This role serves as a key point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff, requiring professionalism, discretion, and strong communication skills. The ideal candidate is a highly effective administrative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates excellent attention to detail, and can successfully manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and customer service.
Qualifications- Proven administrative and clerical experience, including scheduling, correspondence management, and document organization.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with professional phone etiquette and a customer-focused approach.
- Experience supporting executives through calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and confidential document handling.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and effectively manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
