ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst to join our growing RevOps team. In this role, you'll work directly with the Head of Revenue Operations and partner closely with go-to-market stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. You'll be a core operator of our GTM systems — keeping data clean, workflows running, and teams equipped with the reporting they need to move fast.
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their RevOps career who is eager to build deep operational expertise across the full GTM motion.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
GTM Systems & Data Hygiene
- Own day-to-day hygiene across GTM platforms, including our CRM (HubSpot), Data Enrichment (Clay), and Call Intelligence tools (Sybill) — managing deduplication, data integrity, and field standardization.
- Monitor and triage data quality issues proactively, escalating systemic problems with recommended fixes.
- Support onboarding of new GTM tools and integrations as the stack evolves.
Workflows, Segments & Automation
- Maintain HubSpot workflows, lifecycle stage logic, and automation to support Sales, Marketing, and CS motions.
- Create and manage contact and company segments to support campaigns, outreach, and reporting.
- Audit existing workflows regularly to ensure accuracy and eliminate conflicts or redundancies.
Reporting & Dashboards
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards in HubSpot and other GTM tools to surface pipeline, activity, and performance metrics.
- Respond to ad hoc reporting requests from GTM stakeholders with accurate, clearly structured outputs.
- Partner with the Head of RevOps to develop standardized views for exec-level reporting.
GTM Administration & Stakeholder Support
- Manage inbound admin requests from Sales, Marketing, and CS — including user access, property updates, and system configurations.
- Document processes, workflows, and system changes to maintain a reliable RevOps knowledge base.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Customer, or Revenue Operations
- Hands-on HubSpot experience required — comfort building workflows, lists, reports, and dashboards
- Strong attention to detail with an instinct for data accuracy and process consistency
- Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities without losing quality or follow-through
- Clear communicator who can translate operational questions into practical solutions
- Familiarity with tools like Sybill, Clay, or other GTM/sales engagement platforms is a plus
- LLM prompting, SQL, or basic data skills (Excel, Sheets) are a plus, but not required
