This role is ideal for someone who loves helping people make confident financial decisions and wants hands-on experience in an advice-first, consultative planning environment - without sales quotas or pressure to bring in clients.

What You’ll Do
- Support a Senior Financial Planner with client meetings, planning analysis, and deliverables
- Gather and analyze client financial data using planning and investment software
- Communicate with clients, provide follow-up summaries, and support implementation of recommendations
- Assist with custodial tasks (Schwab, Fidelity, Vanguard) and maintain organized client records
- Contribute to firm projects related to client experience, technology, and internal processes
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Financial Planning, Finance, Accounting, Business, Psychology, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in financial planning, financial services, or a related professional role
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a client-first mindset
- Series 65 (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
- CFP® coursework completed or in progress is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salaried position with bonus potential. Salary range $65,000 - $85,000
