Registered Client Service Associate

We are a growing and evolving boutique financial planning and wealth management firm dedicated to providing exceptional client service and personalized financial guidance. We are seeking a Registered Client Service Associate who is adaptable, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a collaborative team environment.
Position Overview
This role combines portfolio trading, client service, and operational support. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. They enjoy working as part of a team while also taking ownership of responsibilities independently.
Responsibilities
- Execute portfolio trades accurately and efficiently and perform routine portfolio rebalancing.
- Support account maintenance, transfers, distributions, and other client service requests, including client onboarding and paperwork.
- Assist advisors with meeting preparation, reporting, and follow-up activities.
- Coordinate with clients, custodians, and other business partners.
- Maintain accurate records of communication and files, while ensuring adherence to firm procedures and regulatory requirements, including archiving files as needed.
- Support daily operational functions and assist with ongoing process improvements.
- Cross-train on all administrative duties to assist as back-up for other team members as needed.
Qualifications
Required
- Active FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licenses, or Series 7, 63, and 65 licenses.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience in wealth management, brokerage, or financial services.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare polished, accurate, and professional client correspondence.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
