Marketing Assistant
- A Marketing Assistant assists the Financial Advisors in office management and general administrative functions. This position will entail clerical, administrative, and marketing support duties. The role will also include direct contact with clients. No licenses, appointments, or registrations are required. This person generally manages the FA's office, calendar, maintain files, mail, supplies, phones, and prepare correspondence on behalf of the FA. Typical qualifications for this type of MA position:
- Organization and time management skills
- Interpersonal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work with confidential information in a team environment
- Familiarity with Microsoft applications including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- One to three years business experience, preferably in an office setting
- High school education or equivalent
Job Type: Part-time
